A beach girl at heart, I grew up on the Jersey Shore and dreamed about living in NYC one day. I am a 2008 graduate of the College of New Jersey with a degree in journalism and professional writing. I have written for a variety of publications including HotIndieNews.com, YourTango.com and Hamptons magazine. I also frequently blog and have an array of interests, primarily writing about music and entertainment. I’ve interned at Marie Claire, CosmoGIRL!, J-14 and Niche Media (GOTHAM, Hamptons etc). I’m also a former assistant editor at InsidePulseTV.

My likes include watching too much tv (mostly teen dramas and comedies), blogging, reading good books, writing, lying on the beach, traveling, magazines, organizing, playing guitar, going to concerts, new york city and rooting for the mets. I also love Spanish culture and studied abroad in Madrid to better learn the language, which I’ve been studying for about 10 years now.

Dislikes include my name, winter and all philly sports teams.
